Personal Trainer and certified in nutritional lifestyle planning. I have had great success in my 6 years of training and 20 year plus
personal journey in attaining optimum fitness and even competed in 4 "Bikini"
competition and won "5 First Places." I have made a name

of understanding the female physique and knowing first hand how to develop
an overall transformation. What I enjoy the most about the fitness industry is
helping women attain their personal goals and obtaining outstanding health
and wellness.
